General Reservation Information
Guaranteed Reservations
Reservations require a valid credit card. Payment will be taken upon check-in with valid identification presented.
Cancellation Policy
Bookings have a cancellation policy of 7 days prior to check-in to avoid a one night, plus tax cancellation fee.
Check-In
Check-in 4pm - 8pm
If a later check-in is required contact us in advance
to make arrangements for your arrival.
Check-Out
Is 10am - If a later check-out is required, contact us
the day prior to your departure, a fee may apply.
No Pet Policy
To ensure a comfortable and allergen-free environment,
a no pet policy applies (certified service exempt).
Quiet Hours
10pm - 8am to provide all guests a relaxing stay.
Voices and devices to be kept at a respectful low.
Smoking/Vaping Policy
All rooms are non smoking, no smoking inside or outside
any room or a $300 penalty fee will be charged.
A designated smoking/vaping area is provided.
Damage / Loss Policy
At registration you authorize us to charge your credit card for any damage or loss incurred during your stay, includes
but not limited to damage or missing items, smoking fee, extra kitchen cleaning fee or loss key fee.
